Key Achievements and Attributes 

  • Coaching and implementing Jira Align, with the PI planning launched with Jira and Jira Align.

  • Successfully shifted from a traditional project Management methodology to Agile, with a technical & product roadmap in place and reduction of the product delay from 12 to 6 months. 

  • Oversaw 3 Agile teams, geographically located, improving their efficiency in delivery while constantly deploying the Agile Mindset. Launched the first train and collaborated in 5 PI Planning.

  • Audited and Developed a roadmap and implemented ITIL V2 & V3 full life cycle at BNP Paribas and CNP Insurance respectively to ensure IT is aligned with the business in order to deliver operational excellence.

  • Delivered a £90k annual saving through the implementation of a detailed logistics plan through the implementation of a modelling scenario, to enable effective shipping and control and thus eliminating all express deliveries from Japan, Germany and France. 

  • Led the development and rollout of SAP R/3 and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization systems for major, global clients including Renault, Nestle, Lego, Danfoss, Sab Miller, Peugeot and Danone, delivering increased customer satisfaction rates from 55% to over 97%.
