RECENT PROJECT
Acted as a strategy leader and project coordinator for globally dispersed teams in India, the US and France in the development of core business processes for this insurance sector start-up business. I was accountable for ensuring the on-boarding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in the development of IT solutions, coordinated business operations across all stages of the development process, liaising with the all stakeholders to ensure alignment with project KPIs and budgets.
