SAMPLE 1: ITSM Implementation 

Implementation of ITIL at CNP Insurance in Paris. I carried out a ITIL & CMM audits with my Director where we met all stakeholders. A gap analysis was done and proposals (Proposals plus business case ad project plans) were submitted to the company. We got the contract. My teams and myself met all the different stakeholders to better understand the actual process. Meetings were later organised to explain our findings. This lay ground for common understanding. As the business process expert, I design the process as is, using BPMN tool and made changes according to ITIL V3 Framework. I met with each stakeholder to explain what they are doing and the proposed improvements and their impacts. Workshops were organised for each process and change management board conducted every week to discuss the changes and their impacts. Ultimately, getting the board autorisation for implementing the changes. Once all the processes are completed, policies, procedures , KPIs, and any working documents are produced and reviewed together with all parties concerned. All documents produced during the projects were handed over once the project came to an end. Project was completed on time.

SAMPLE 2: Supply Chain Project

This company was in the business of making plastics parts for the dashboard for customers such as Renault, Peugeot, Volvo and Ford. I was the Supply Chain Manager and I was challenged to reduce the total Inventory from €17m to €5m (€3m raw materials, €2m work in progress and €1m finished products). This was my major Supply Chain project. I started to make an inventory of all stock and get the figures right in the system. I did a classification of my raw materials based on risks and criticallity and applied appropriate procurement methods, to bring down the inventory. With regards to the Semi finished goods, the flow of materials was identified for all items and classified according to criticality of the parts and machines on which those parts were manufactured. Based on the flow, some reengineering work was required and  got approval after agreement from the Change Board. Those changes were implemented during the annual close down period. A Kanban rack with card system was implemented in between the factory and the assembly area. For the Finished goods warehouse, I consider the hypothesis that the warehouse has a limited capacity and investigated on critical machinery and inventory was set accordingly. This whole project took me more than 6 months as I had to convince the Directors at every steps in the process, with a proper time table without any disruption to the work of the people as well as with no impact on my business as usual work. Risks had to be managed and contained to ensure customers are not impacted. I succeeded this project to redce the stock along the supply chain, but I also increased the delivery target of 98%.

SAMPLE 3: Operations Project

Negotiated with an American client whose business is to work with big Petroleum companies. This contract was worth $60m of goods to be shipped to the Arco-Sonatra platform in Algeria. I won the contract for reception, warehousing, conditioning and delivering the goods on site based on a demand from the final client. The American client requested me to manage their supply chain. I coordinated with suppliers from UK, France and US for the deliveries to the warehouse which I have identified and negotiated the deal with. Based on the shipping schedule, I coordinated with external parties to package, identify and book for the shipping to the destination This project was over a 6 months periods. Due to regular strike on the Port of Marseille, I had to negotiate with all ooperators on the Port to ensure everything went well. This was a major project of such nature for me because of the amount involved and the challenges. I managed to get all shipping and invoicing on time to the total satisfaction of the client..

His experience with IT suppport and quality helped provide a basis for implementation of the respective ITIL components for the department. Sundaresen possesses Project Management experience, utilizing his experience to manage Quality initiatives at Tele Atlas.
